What warranty do JP Selecta sealers carry?
All JP Selecta sealers include a 2-year warranty, official technical service in Spain and an international network of certified distributors. Original spare parts and ongoing technical support are available.
Do you offer calibration services for sealers?
Yes. JP Selecta provides certified calibration with international traceability (ISO 17025) for all its sealers. The service can be performed on-site or at our facilities.

Are JP Selecta sealers ISO 11607 compliant for sterile medical device packaging?
Yes. Our automatic continuous sealers are designed specifically to the guidelines of DIN 58953 clause 7 and prepared to meet the requirements of ISO 11607-1 and ISO 11607-2. They allow strict control of critical parameters such as temperature and feed speed to ensure a hermetic and validatable seal.
Does JP Selecta support seal-process validation?
Yes. By manufacturing under ISO 13485:2018, we provide the technical support documentation needed to facilitate installation, operation and performance qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) required in clinical and pharmaceutical laboratories, supporting seal integrity testing per ASTM F88 and ASTM F1929.
Which film types are JP Selecta sealers compatible with?
Our range covers a very wide material compatibility. The impulse and pedal sealers accept thermoplastic films of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), cellophane, kraft paper pouches and aluminium composites of various thicknesses. The medical and autoclave line is optimised for mixed polypropylene-polyester pouches with surgical paper backing.
