Impulse sealers for thermoplastic materials

Designed for versatility and low energy consumption — the resistor activates only during pressure application.

• 150-C portable sealer: Plier-style unit with fixed temperature selector (120 °C or 180 °C), ideal for sealing polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), cellophane or aluminium-coated paper up to 0.6 mm thick.
• 305-C benchtop sealer: Manual cutter on a sliding blade, adjustable timer for different thicknesses (up to 0.4 mm) and end-of-cycle audible alert.
• 455 pedal sealer: Designed for large-volume samples and continuous use, with a height-adjustable platform and a mechanical pedal that leaves the operator's hands free to handle packaging up to 0.8 mm thick.

Medical sealers for mixed bags and sterilisation

Specifically developed to work with polypropylene-polyester bags with paper backing for medical sterilisation processes.

• Manual models S-400-B and Seal-1000: Robust units with integrated manual cutting; the Seal-1000 adds a side pressure lever, constant temperature (180 °C – 200 °C) and an upper holder for reels up to 240 mm.
• Seal-Com 2 automatic continuous sealer: Compliant with DIN 58953 section 7, delivers continuous advance at 10 m/min with digital temperature control (60 °C to 220 °C) and automatic safety lockout if temperature deviates by more than ±4 °C from the set point.
• Seal-Com 3 automatic sealer with printer: Designed for high workloads, it adds a 7" touchscreen and an integrated printing system that prints sterilisation date, expiry, lot, operator and department directly on the bag.

Sealcom-V vacuum sealer

Benchtop station built in AISI 304 stainless steel with a transparent lid. Driven by a powerful oil vacuum pump that reaches an ultimate vacuum of −0.1 MPa, it is ideal for packaging and preserving solids, liquids or powders in microbiology and chemistry laboratories, preventing sample oxidation or degradation.

To round out the sterilisation area, we also offer accessories such as "Polisteril" paper reels and the "Policort" reel-holder cutter.
