The Termofin is a 4-liter histological bath specifically designed for melting and preserving liquid paraffin within a temperature range of 40°C to 80°C. Its inner basin, top, and lid are made of aluminum coated with indelible matte black PTFE, providing excellent contrast for viewing tissue sections. It maintains a thermal stability of ±1°C and features a lid with a top opening for inserting the included thermometer reader. Control is simple, via an analog thermostat synchronized with an indicator light.
