The countertop and lid are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, as is the inner tank, which is stamped for greater strength. Equipped with a circulation pump for external stirring and tempering, with lateral liquid inlet and outlet via connection fittings. It includes a hermetic compressor unit mounted on an anti-vibration coupling and a condensing unit. It includes a built-in drain tap for easy drainage.
