The equipment features an exterior cabinet made of ABS and an interior made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It incorporates a tilting agitation system and allows temperature monitoring through direct infrared reading of the bags, thanks to a dual reading system that does not require additional measuring equipment. It features a USB port for data logging, a dedicated button for the rapid tempering function, and a display screen for parameter control and monitoring.
